- Next Day Delivery: Orders placed after 4 PM
- Nationwide: 2-5 business days
- Festival Season: Delivery may take longer
3. Delivery Charges
- Local Delivery: ₹0 (Free)
- Nationwide: Calculated at checkout
- Bulk Orders: Free delivery for orders above ₹500
4. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email
- Track your order through our website or delivery partner's website
- Contact us if you have any issues with tracking
5. Packaging
- All items are securely packed to prevent damage
- Food items are packed in food-grade, hygienic packaging
- Gift packaging available on request

6. Delivery Process

- Delivery attempt at your address

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If no one is available, we will attempt delivery again
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned
- A re-delivery fee may apply
